Responding to your request
When you submit a form, we send your contact details, project information and any attachments to Adams Aluminum’s GoHighLevel customer-management account so the team can respond. Permission to respond to your request is separate from subscribing to marketing messages.
Understanding where inquiries come from
This site uses a 30-day attribution window for a limited visit record in your browser: the first page visited, visit time, referring site and recognized campaign parameters. It sends this information with your inquiry, along with the submission page and any enclosure-guide selection, to help distinguish inquiries from this website. Form details such as your name, phone and message are not stored in this visit record. An older record is replaced when you next visit after that window. Stored browser data remains until it is replaced or you clear this site’s browser data.
Your enclosure-guide choice can follow you through this browser tab for 30 minutes so you can browse project photos and carry the choice into your consultation request. It contains no contact details. The stored choice is cleared when you change it, submit an inquiry or the tab session ends. An expired choice is ignored. If browser storage is unavailable, you can still send an inquiry. Do not include payment details or other sensitive documents in attachments.
Improving the consultation experience
We keep grouped daily counts of page views, consultation-button clicks, enclosure-guide choices, form starts, errors and phone-link clicks. These counts contain no contact details, full referring URLs, campaign names, IP addresses or persistent visitor identifiers. A random event receipt prevents duplicate counting; receipts older than 90 days are cleared as new activity arrives. Grouped counts may be retained for comparison. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this activity measurement. Confirmed inquiry counts are recorded separately as operational records. A phone-link click does not tell us whether a call was completed.
